When a customer pays the cargo fee, the terminal prints a Baggage Receipt featuring a unique Cargo Tracking QR Code. By simply scanning this code with a smartphone, the recipient can access a dedicated web portal to view:

• Current Location: The real-time GPS position of the vehicle carrying the cargo.
• Estimated Arrival Time (ETA): Live updates on when the cargo will reach the selected destination bus stop.
• Status Alerts: Clear notifications when the cargo has "Arrived" or if a tracking link has expired.

2. For the Operator: Advanced Backend Control

To ensure security and data integrity, we have introduced robust backend tools:

• URL Security & MAC Matching: Every tracking URL is cryptographically verified to match the specific transaction, preventing unauthorized access.
• Expiry Settings: Operators can set "Tracking Expiry" windows to ensure data privacy once the delivery is complete.
• Status Management: Automatic triggers update cargo status to "Arrived" once the vehicle passes the designated geofence.

3. For the Driver/Terminal: Streamlined Frontend Input

The CircleMove™ payment application has been updated to make baggage handling faster than ever:

• Baggage Info Input: A simplified interface for drivers to input cargo details and collect fares.
• Toggle Tracking: Operators can choose to enable or disable Tracking QR codes on a per-transaction basis.
